I can't log in or my account isn't working. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app first. If the issue persists, make sure you're using the same sign-in method you originally used to create your account. If you're still locked out, email us at support@getpepped.app with the email address associated with your account and we'll help you get back in.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Your Pepped subscription is managed through Apple. To change or cancel: open your iPhone's Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Pepped, and choose the option you want. If you cancel, you'll still have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

I was charged but don't have Premium access. What happened?

This can occasionally happen if there's a sync delay between Apple and our system. Try closing the app completely and reopening it. If Premium still isn't active after a few minutes, email us at support@getpepped.app with your Apple receipt and we'll sort it out.

How does Pepped handle my privacy and conversation data?

Your conversations with Pepped are stored securely and are never shared with other users. We use Anthropic's Claude AI to generate responses — Anthropic does not use your conversations to train their models. We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog (no conversation content).
